Conditions of Use

    • All sales are governed by English Law.
    • SMC 2010 Ltd are under no obligation to accept an order.
    • All prices are GBP inclusive of VAT.
    • SMC 2010 Ltd accept most credit / debit cards. If you have any doubts on elegibility of your card please check compatability with your bank before placing an order. 
    • No goods will be dispatched until payment has been received by SMC 2010 Ltd.
    • Payments by cheque will result in a delay as no orders are processed until cleared funds are received by SMC 2010 Ltd. Cheques should be posted to shop address, if order is placed via internet then item will be reserved until cheque has cleared. Contact details must be included with cheque.
    • Images on the site are for illustrative purposes only, the actual goods may vary slightly.
    • SMC 2010 Ltd aim to ensure accuracy of data and information contained on the site.  Sometimes human or computer error may occur. We reserve the right to withdrawal, change or modify any entry on the site and cannot accept any liability for loss for such errors. 
    • Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time.  Should we discover an error has been made we reserve the right no to proceed with any order and if we do proceed no goods will be dispatched until we have discussed the error with you.
    • It may be possible for goods to become unavailable whilst you are placing your order or it is being processed, we will contact you in such circumstances to resolve the situation and if required SMC 2010 Ltd will refund payment. SMC 2010 Ltd can accept no liability for an incompleted order due to stock deficiency.
    • Where payment is made for future releases you are agreeing to wait until the goods become available even if this is later than previously advised.  Only for new releases cancelled by the manufacturer can a refund be considered.
    • SMC 2010 Ltd will always obtain proof of postage and any subsequent non delivery will need to be taken up with the relevent postal firm by the customer.
    • Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours depending when the order was placed but may take up to 30 days.  Should there be any delay past 30 days we will advise you accordingly.
